Nano 2-component lacquer
The coating material is a 2-component lacquer, which hardens at ambient temperature. The clear lacquer offers protection against corrosion and easy to of clean characteristics. Because the coating hardens without being burned to the material it is also applicable on plastics. The hardened lacquer is UV-stable and can be used in the external area.
The protected surfaces are easy to clean, hand sweat and blood leave no to marks. In the external area it offers protection against biological contaminations like algae, mould etc.
Another operational area is refurbishing faded plastics as well as aluminum. Smaller scratches in the surface of the designated material can be sealed ca and are not visible any longer after the coat was applied.
Calcified windows become "almost" as new again since the lacquer has a similar refractive index as glass.
The areas of application are the coating of glass, ceramic(s), plastic, stone, wood, metals (e.g. high-grade steel) etc.
The operational areas are e.g. hotels, boats, trucks, simply all difficult to access and so difficult to clean surfaces.
We already gained experience in coating: Boats, cantilever roof slabs, doubling EGP slats (winter garden), high-grade steel, ceramic(s), tiles, plastic showering walls, aluminum rims, roll gates, joints with tiles, etc.
