Your advantages
Nano-coating means an applying of nano-structures on surfaces. These surfaces become super-hydrophobic and thereby water-rejecting - which means easy cleaning and for you and improved protection for the surface. It takes longer for the dirt to get a hold of the surface and it can’t burn itself in the surface at high temperatures. But all these advantages do not mean that the surface needs no more cleaning at all! The surfaces can be cleaned more simply and faster than before – you save up to 80% of your time with our products.
If these coatings are applied on already micro-structured surfaces, a Lotus-effect will be obtained. Surfaces treated this way also reject fats, oils and acids and are chemically steady (e.g. against solvents).
After the appropriate nano-substance was applied on the cleaned material, the nano-particles organize themselves to the desired structure. We offer our customers coatings for almost every known technical surfaces, e.g. metals, glass, textiles, plastics etc.
A nano-coating is applicable for example in the bathroom area, on implants, as anti-finger print coating on screens, as a self-cleaning house front or as paint protection for cars.
